Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Nomafii mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Nomafii ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nomafii. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You may not transfer your account to anyone else.
• You may delete your account at any time inside the app.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Solicit dating, romantic, or sexual encounters. Nomafii is for travel and nomad networking.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person.
• Post or transmit content that is sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or illegal.
• Send spam, scams, MLM pitches, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Scrape or extract data from the Service in bulk.

4. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile, photos, messages, posts). You grant Nomafii a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

5. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation

You can report or block other users from inside the app. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or ban users who violate these Terms — including for safety reasons reported by other users. Decisions are made at our discretion. Appeals can be submitted to nomafy.support@gmail.com.

6. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Nomafii offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Nomafii Premium"). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation and at each renewal unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless changed in your App Store settings.

An introductory free trial may be offered at purchase. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. After the trial, the regular subscription price applies.

Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

7. Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, follow Apple's process at support.apple.com/HT204084.

8. Termination

You can stop using Nomafii at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, your rights to use the Service end immediately. Account-deletion behavior is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nomafii will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will indicate the new effective date at the top of this page and notify you in-app or by email where appropriate. Your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of- laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Japan unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
